ROCB A/P greets departing and arriving Customs Attachés of Japan

Mr. Keiichi Tatsumi, departing Customs Attaché of Japan, and Mr. Tetsuro Higuchi, successor of Mr. Tatsumi, paid a courtesy visit to the ROCB A/P on 19 June 2018.  Mr. Kazunari Igarashi, Head of the ROCB A/P, and his colleagues warmly welcomed them.  On behalf of the ROCB A/P colleagues, Mr. Igarashi expressed his gratitude to Mr. Tatsumi for his friendship and support for the regional capacity building assistance programs and wished continued success after he has gone back home administration in the end of this month.  Mr. Igarashi welcomed Mr. Higuchi and hoped continuing close cooperation with Japan Customs and the Embassy in Thailand.  Taking this opportunity, both gentlemen were escorted to so-called the “ROCB A/P’s trees” to water them to make a wish for the regional capacity building activities be well-rooted and further flourish in the years to come.
