At the invitation of the Directorate General of Customs and Exercise (GDCE), Ministry of Finance of the Republic Indonesia, Mr. Norikazu Kuramoto, the Head of the ROCB A/P joined the Webinar on Trade facilitation and the Role of Customs and delivered his keynote speech.

This webinar has been designed for Indonesia Customs officials and invited neighboring Customs. This is series of events and aim to contribution to the capacity building activities in the region. At this first day of serious of the Webinar, about 340 officials participated in.

At this event, it was started with opening remarks by Mr. Rionald Siliaban, Chairman of Financial Education and Training Agency, Ministry of Finance, Indonesia, Mr. Kuramoto made speech on the what should we do under current COVID-19 pandemic situation from the capacity building aspect. After that, the resource person Ms. Guusta Visser, the Netherlands Customs Attaché for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, based in Singapore, made presentation on the recent effort on the trade facilitation by Netherland Customs.
