During 13^th-17^th March 2023, ‘Five-Day Train-the-Trainer workshop on Implementing Gender Equality and Diversity (GED) in Customs’ was organized by WCO at the WCO headquarters, Brussels, Belgium.  Ms. Pavida Tarapoom, Assistant Program Manager of ROCB A/P participated.

This Train-the-Trainer workshop is aiming at creating a pool of recognized expert on GED.  ROCB A/P, Ms. Pavida Tarapoom was selected to participate in the second phase of the expert selection, Train-the-Trainer workshop. 20 participants from 185 countries of WCO Members were selected in total.

During the 5 days, Ms. Pavida took this opportunity to share her experiences on GED in ROCB A/P on recent contributions including Thai Customs Department as her home Customs administration. She also mentioned the strong commitment of ROCB A/P to raise awareness of GED among AP Members through ROCB A/P activities and workshops in the future.
