At the invitation of the Regional Intelligence Liaison Office for Asia and the Pacific (RILO A/P), Mr. Jaemin Cho, Program Manager of ROCB A/P, and Ms. Asuka Nagamatsu, Program Manager of ROCB A/P on behalf of ROCB AP, participated online in the 35^th National Contact Points (NCP) Meeting of RILO A/P, held in Hong Kong, China, from 18^th – 19^th November 2024.

During the meeting, Mr. Jaemin Cho delivered a detailed presentation highlighting the work of ROCB A/P and providing updates on regional capacity-building activities, including the WCO CliKC! platform. He also introduced blended learning methods and shared examples of how this methodology can be applied in upcoming workshop activities to enhance capacity-building efforts in the field of investigation.

This year’s NCP meeting featured presentations and updates by WCO Members and RILOs on recent enforcement activities, operational projects, and proposals for improving coordination, particularly regarding CEN issues such as data management, utilization, and best practices. Representatives from other international organizations, including INTERPOL and UNODC, also joined the meeting to discuss cooperation and explore new initiatives.
