The 27th WCO Asia/Pacific RHCA Conference was held in Hong Kong, China from 17 to 20 May 2026.

During the Conference, ROCB A/P held a series of discussions and exchanges of views with Customs administrations from across the Asia/Pacific Region. The meetings were attended by Mr. Jun Tajima, Head of ROCB A/P, and Ms. Asuka Nagamatsu and Mr. Deokjoong Kim, Program Managers.

Throughout the Meeting, ROCB A/P exchanged views with many Members, and discussed the future direction of WCO Capacity Building activities in the Asia/Pacific Region. Members shared their updates on their ongoing reform initiatives, operational challenges, and areas where capacity building support may be beneficial.

This two-way communication will assist ROCB A/P in facilitating and delivering effective WCO Capacity Building activities, supporting the strengthening of Customs capacity and the sustainable development of Customs administrations throughout the entire Asia/Pacific Region.
