Greetings,

My name is Deokjoong Kim (Ryan), and it is a great honor to serve as a Programme Manager at ROCB A/P. I previously worked as a Deputy Director at the Human Resource Development Institute of the Korea Customs Service, where I was responsible for the planning and management of Customs training programmes. I am pleased to join and work closely with colleagues across the Asia-Pacific region.

I graduated from the Korean National Tax College in 1998 and joined the Korea Customs Service in the same year. Throughout my career, I have accumulated extensive professional experience in Customs clearance, risk management, investigations, and HRD.

Drawing on over two decades of experience and expertise in Customs administration, I am committed to contributing to the effective implementation and advancement of capacity-building programmes in close cooperation with Customs Administrations and colleagues throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
