Dear Colleagues,

My name is Aksara Mackhawiman, a new Assistant Program Manager at the ROCB A/P. It is my great pleasure and honor to work with the WCO and be a part of the ROCB A/P Team. I would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself.

I started my career with Thai Customs Department by working at the Customs Academy, where I acquired valuable experiences in planning and organizing the capacity building activities. I arranged for seminars workshops and training courses. In 2016, I was transferred to the Tax Incentives Division. In this role, I worked primary in the area of the establishment of Bonded Warehouse, Free Zone and Duty Drawback Scheme, which has become a particular field of my interest. My work had included assisting on Bonded Warehouse and Free Zone compliance issues and promoting those schemes to importer and exporter who are interested in.

I am grateful to be given this opportunity to work with WCO and the members in the Asia Pacific Region. I am looking forward to working with you.
